The rig is awesome, for whatever reason, the website kept refusing my payment method and caused me to have to rebuild my entire order. It was frustrating in the moment, but everything else was great. You guys had great deals during Fathers day week, and I understand RAM prices, it's still hard to justify and explain to significant others, a $3000 purchase, just to get back to what I had.

Beat computer buying experience I’ve ever had. Being sent an email with what to expect and timeline was excellent. Also included contact information if I had any problems/concerns. Computer is excellent! My only complaint is that it came with the MOBO video ports activated, so the computer wouldn't boot on my monitors. Had to go into bios and disable them myself. I gave delivery a low score because of the forced signature on delivery and no option to presign online(there is a link, but it takes you to the wrong webpage). This caused massive problems for me, as I live in an apartment where packages are supposed to be dropped off at the front office, but instead, UPS tried to deliver it to my apartment during business hours when people are at work. Because I was not there, UPS took my computer. I had to call UPS customer service and deal with a bunch of crap to get the driver to special deliver it to me, otherwise the computer never wouldve arrived and wouldve been sent back to Cyberpower. Sales/service were just trying to get me to say 'yes' to purchasing the computer, then literally hung up on me as I was asking a question. I had to call back to get the answer to a basic question(about the signature) The website is fine for the most part, but the listings need to be done better. There was no information about the exact motherboard or how many ports it would have for SSDs and Hard Drives. This info wouldve been extremely helpful when selecting a computer to purchase. Also the photos are just vague random photos that dont let you even inspect the parts carefully(since there wasnt enough information about the exact parts)

Never get my order ups were get signature from me and didn’t didn’t even met anyone to take delivery and crazy thing is they the item was delivered on Saturday when they send me delivery update that was reschedule for Monday at the of the day make this shit contacted them just waiting for response.

Sales experience was absolutely fine. I would buy again. Computer runs great but some things came damaged in shipping like the mouse it was cracked on the top and side and does not work. Something inside it is moving around when you shake it. The computer case side panel had damage and I had to bend it back with a wrench to be able to close it up. One of the top nubs that slide in to the top fell off. No problems like this with my last order but that was years ago.

Everything went smooth from ordering to delivery. The only thing was the instructions to remove the foam from the case was generic and didn't apply to my specific case, so I had to look up how to do it. The other thing is I don't see where my Windows license is, I'll have to contact them about it. All in all system is amazing and working in wonderfully.

Great pricing, wide variety of options. Made selecting the right PC easy. Only downside was the payment process. Had to contact sales support multiple times to get payment to go through. Would benefit from an alternate payment portal. Sales support was excellent, helped me every step of the way. Shipping was wonderful, quality of PC is phenomenal and overall had a great experience.

The only issue I saw is you put the wrong quick start card in the package. The case I had had no screws and I just had to be pushed off through the holes and I had to use YouTube to figure it out. Other than that you guys are awesome and I’m loving the PC which believe it or not it was ChatGPT that recommended the PC I got from you for the work I do. I’m not a super gamer and the Rysyzen 7 9800x3d and the RTC 5070 Ti was just right for me.

Would be VERY NICE if CYBERPOWER shipped out fully built PCs in a plane brown box to make it discreet. My Built PC came in a box that had a picture showcasing a PC making it very obvious of what it is and could possibly tempt someone along the shipping path to take it for themselves or for someone to take it off their front porch if the customer went with signing for the package online. Also some of my fans came without any ability to control speed because the fans used the built in case fan hub. Wish cyberpower used splitters and actually utilize the motherboard fan headers to give customers the options to edit the fan curve.

Overall, I had a good experience with the site. I would have liked to see a 3d model of the build with all the options populating in it and allowing the customer to direct where some of the extras get installed, or at the very least showing how the builders would put it together. Case in point, when ordering extra fans or an AIO, there's no indication given for how they will be installed in the case until you see it with your eyes.
