It was fine to select the parts I wanted, but I was trying to buy a computer for someone else, so when I used a different billing and shipping address, it was not clear why the payment wasn't going through. It turned out that there was a required field missing (shipping phone number), but the required fields are not clearly marked and the only message telling me what the problem was was a small notice at the very top of the form. So I failed to make the purchase several times before I finally found the error and fixed it.

The webiste was clean and concise to use, the PC was well priced and delivered well, my only complaint is that one of my sticks of RAM died after about 5 days. Overall a good experience aside from the RAM issue.

Best deal of all options with similar specs and came with a mouse and keyboard that the similar builds did not come with. Allowed me to finance with my Amazon card. PC runs very well.

Got our systems today finally. They are beautiful and so far they seem fine. My biggest complaint is I had spoke to a sales rep and asked about the tax free weekend and he said if I put it in the comments they would honor it. I did but they didn’t. I asked Warren in service when they would be refunding me the $500 and he told me it had been done already but it wasn’t. Still is t. This was the main reason why I spent over $6k with your company. Honesty and integrity are still a valuable commodity and your company doesn’t have it. Nice systems but dishonest.

I received my computer without the mouse and keyboard and had to call support. Support was very friendly and after a short process of me sending pictures and shipping materials my problem was solved. I am still waiting on the keyboard and mouse but I do not expect any issues.
