Out of the box it sounded like a jet airplane. Also, the fan on the cooler didn't seem to get quieter no matter what I did in bios or software. That should have been caught during quality assurance testing. I also had to turn the fans on the front side around so air flows in, which is a best practice. It might be worthwhile to sell reverse fans for those that want LEDs facing inward. Mine didn't have LEDs, but it would be more attractive. Overall, the system seems to be running well now. Shout out to your customer and technical support. Both provided great service.

I am a new fan of CyberPowerPC. I appreciate the options for each of your offerings and the sheer volume of options available to customize the end product. Additionally, the communication once my order was placed was outstanding. I knew where my PC was from the order to delivery. It was a white-glove process through and through.

Everything about this purchase has been top notch. The price was amazing. The build quality is outstanding and the case is beautiful (it doesn't look like a carnival inside a space ship!). The website was easy to use and straightforward with parts customization. After sales support with Steve D was fantastic, with many questions answered, parts changed and customized on the fly, and quick responses. The time it took to build and ship was impressive. Also, I bought a Syber desktop in 2016 that is STILL going strong and playing AAA games at decent specs. Cyberpower will definitely be my go-to in future purchases. You guys are freaking amazing!

Very good pc for the price. Shipped and came to my house within 2 days. The only small downside is that there is just a general guide of what parts are there and not a specific guide. This was my first actual pc, so when the cpu fan came off during shipping, I had no idea why I had an extra fan for a while, but overall great computer.

We received the unit with the covering over the CPU and two unknown screws rattling around inside the case. I contacted chat support and since we could not find where these screws go I suspected they were left over from the build. This was rather unsettling to us as customers to find extra screws loose in the case. I just popped the CPU cover back on and everything is working as intended. Overall the computer is excellent.

System arrived with the SSD loose at the bottom of the case due to improper securement to the motherboard. There were also two loose screws in the case. Luckily, dispite these oversights, none of the hardware appears to have been damaged. Still disappointing that rattling screws and loose parts passes their quality checks, though.

Overall, I'm very happy. I got a system for about 60% the price that Lenovo, System 76, HP, and Dell were wanting to charge and it only took a bit of extra work to get it switched over to Linux and running stably.

When I received the item, it came with foam packaging, however the foam package exploded in the rear of my case leaving a mess and stained residue on my chassis.
