My only complaint is the box looked like it was pulled from a warehouse and shipped as is. The box was very dusty and appeared to get damaged during shipping. The actual product was fine, but it seems like it should’ve been cleaned and packaged before shipped.

I enjoy CyberPower products, but I had difficulties with submitting my online order. I think I was stuck on filling out ZIP code information early in the order process. This wasn't indicated well and I had to start over multiple times.

One of the case dials (knobs on the side) broke off during shipping, I don’t particularly want to send the whole computer back just for a knob that is very loose fitting now..and the computer fans were set to 100% at all times which made it sound like a jet engine. After some bios tweaking, it’s decent now.

Customer treatment is awesome, and they solve any question/issue you might have. The only thing I can complain about is that the Web is not clear for when it comes to "ready for pickup" orders, as it will show only that the final quality assurance has been passed.

Awesome company. Tech support was a bit slow to respond after my initial conversation with the rep. Had to. Call back the day after and talk to a new rep but they got the issue fixed and the system runs great.

The price was reasonable since it was only slightly higher than buying the individual components and building it myself. I was a little disappointed that the Intel decal was put on the case crooked, there were some fingerprints on the tempered glass of the case and a bit of dust on it as well. All minor things but when spending as much as I did these things matter. I wish it had been more clear that two of the items were backordered (headset and usb drive) and wish that an approximate delivery date would have been given. Also the items on back order were not clearly identified on the invoice so I had to contact sales to find out what they were. I also would have liked to have received the manual for the case. It has features that I haven't seen in a case before and had to figure out for myself. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't have come with all of the documentation for all of the parts. Purchasing was a bit of a nightmare, mostly self-inflicted, because I customized a build and then waited a few days before trying to place the order and I couldn't add it to my cart. I ended up having to re-customize in a different browser and couldn't get back to exactly what I had previously. I had no issues when contacting sales. It is a little disappointing that, so far, tech support has been "here is a link to a video, do that and let us know how it goes." I bought a custom system and paid for extended support because I was tired of trying to fix my last PC on my own. With multiple ways to provide remote support (bomgar, etc) it would be nice if there was a more hands on approach to tech support that is being paid for.
