The price was reasonable since it was only slightly higher than buying the individual components and building it myself. I was a little disappointed that the Intel decal was put on the case crooked, there were some fingerprints on the tempered glass of the case and a bit of dust on it as well. All minor things but when spending as much as I did these things matter. I wish it had been more clear that two of the items were backordered (headset and usb drive) and wish that an approximate delivery date would have been given. Also the items on back order were not clearly identified on the invoice so I had to contact sales to find out what they were. I also would have liked to have received the manual for the case. It has features that I haven't seen in a case before and had to figure out for myself. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't have come with all of the documentation for all of the parts. Purchasing was a bit of a nightmare, mostly self-inflicted, because I customized a build and then waited a few days before trying to place the order and I couldn't add it to my cart. I ended up having to re-customize in a different browser and couldn't get back to exactly what I had previously. I had no issues when contacting sales. It is a little disappointing that, so far, tech support has been "here is a link to a video, do that and let us know how it goes." I bought a custom system and paid for extended support because I was tired of trying to fix my last PC on my own. With multiple ways to provide remote support (bomgar, etc) it would be nice if there was a more hands on approach to tech support that is being paid for.

Overall was a great experience. The shipping box could maybe supply more instruction like how to open the case to remove the foam. I had to call in to get instructions to open the case.

The options didnt list the option to add a secondary m.2 drive to the build. I had to purchase my own and add it after my PC arrived. When I ordered I listed this concern and was never contacted to add the secondary drive which was unfortunate. With that being said, the build is solid

My only complaint is with the shipper, UPS. When my PC arrived, the top of the box was wet to the point that the cardboard was falling apart. It didn't appear that the contents of the box had gotten wet so I accepted the shipment and I was correct that everything inside was satisfactory. Kudos to CyberpowerPC for your meticulous packaging. However, if there had been something wrong with the PC, I would have had some trouble returning the item given the state of the box. The UPS delivery driver was understanding and adamant that the damage did not happen on his truck. He said that he received the package that way so the wetness happened somewhere during the shipping process.

For a custom build of a 9800x3D || ASRock x870e base in a Hyte x50 case: Shipping packaging was very secure. Loose MB and PSU extras were shipped separately. Internal cabling and fan setup was clean and sensible. No loose screws or wiggling parts. Based on successful undervolt/OC tests (and the system NOT shorting out!), the KryoSheet was applied correctly. The warehouse clearly picked out solid pieces of hardware for the build, NOT return/refuse leftovers. I can't comment on GPU or RAM because I brought my own, but after the transplant everything has been working 100% perfect for the past week, so all I can say now is: Thank you for the wonderful build!

I have one request/piece of feedback. I would love the ability to completely eliminate certain options when I'm doing my build. For example, in the end, I was trying to decide between two or three cases. Because they weren't right next to each other, I got confused at first when I clicked away from one and then trying to remember what the other option was in the giant list. If I had the ability to just eliminate something (like a 'hide option' button) that would have made the process a lot smoother. Also, the fact that my build didn't 'save' when I tried to checkout because I didn't have cookies enabled or something was really frustrating. I spent an hour picking parts and then had it wiped when I had to fix my browser I guess and had to try and remember everything. That sucked.

The little Ai guy helped me narrow down what to look at which was really nice since its been a while that Ive looled at pc parts and what works best for what I need and the support I was given to be able to split pay on it was awesome and made it easier for me to purchase :)
