Would be VERY NICE if CYBERPOWER shipped out fully built PCs in a plane brown box to make it discreet. My Built PC came in a box that had a picture showcasing a PC making it very obvious of what it is and could possibly tempt someone along the shipping path to take it for themselves or for someone to take it off their front porch if the customer went with signing for the package online. Also some of my fans came without any ability to control speed because the fans used the built in case fan hub. Wish cyberpower used splitters and actually utilize the motherboard fan headers to give customers the options to edit the fan curve.

Overall, I had a good experience with the site. I would have liked to see a 3d model of the build with all the options populating in it and allowing the customer to direct where some of the extras get installed, or at the very least showing how the builders would put it together. Case in point, when ordering extra fans or an AIO, there's no indication given for how they will be installed in the case until you see it with your eyes.

I'm an old school I.T. guy who would build a system before even thinking about purchasing online. After looking at the prices of GPU's & ram it was more economical to buy vs. build. CyberPowerPC had the best bang for the buck. Online ordering was fine, shipping and tracking was fine and the item arrived in good shape. Within the first minute setting up the computer it froze and restarted, never able to boot into windows or stay on. I initially thought it was part of the Microsoft OOBE. After a couple hours of troubleshooting I determined it was the GPU. I was DREADING the call to support. I was not in the mood to go by a strep by step scripted support call. To my surprise the support call was extremely simple. I explained the situation (can't remember his name) and he supplied a RMA. I sent the GPU back and was sent a new one. Everything was worked flawlessly since. Cant really give a perfect 5 because of the issue but it doesn't deter me from making another purchase from CyberPowerPC.

Parts have worked great besides air circulation. Even during short gaming sessions the gpu would get as hot as 95 degrees. I tweaked fan speeds, power usage and so forth. Nothing fixed the issue. After much troubleshooting I figured out it was just airflow regarding the case itself. With the case open there is no overheating issues. At least the gpu isn’t defective but this will be inconvenient, I can only play games if the case is kept open. Other than that I’m super content with the pc

Loads of options to customize the system to my liking which was great. It felt like building a true custom system from a site like Newegg for a much better price and plenty of incredible options. The process was simple and checkout was a breeze.

Overall a quality system so far with excellent cable management and everything showing up as it should have. The only things I noticed of any issue were some nicks on portions of the case and a tear on the mesh screening for the power supply on the bottom of the case - which I assume just happened during the shipping/delivery process.

I have been buying from CyberPower for at least 15 to 18 years now. I appreciate the quality the pricing especially during sales. I usually wait till there’s a sale, but I know that I’ll get quality when I order from CyberPower. One need I kind of have an issue with but not enough to change from excellent is the ability to pick up from my main hub UPS!! I work away from home and can’t be there for a delivery. I appreciate the security of it but I can provide ID at UPS. So, my son was home, which this was a gift for his 19th birthday next month. I didn’t want him to know and was going to hide it but couldn’t pass up the sale and I know some times it takes a little longer. UPS pickup would work better for me. But I appreciate this company very much.
