This is my fourth new PC that CyberpowerPC. has built for me. The last one has been running 24/7 for about five years without a hiccup or sound. It is not possible to upgrade it to Windows 11, so i needed a new one. I hope I'll be as lucky with this one. The buying experience was perfect. You even let me add a couple of fans the next day. Already having issues with the fans being really loud, shaking and rattling. Had to take the case off and re-tighten the fans.

You should have some type of customer loyalty program. I have purchaes multiple desktops and laptops over the years for me and my family. In addition, had other family members purchasing computers. My nephew actually brought the same gaming computer as me.

Excellent PC. You are getting the performance you asked for. Website is a little clunky when checking on your order and the PC case quality id say is below average.

Overall good experience but one of the computers delivered with a broken case footing. We’ve contacted tech support and they are sending a new one.

Everything was smooth; however, when I received the computer two of the case fans were damaged. I was able to fix them, but was surprised that they were damaged despite the packaging. One of the fans blade was completely off (easily snapped back into place), the second fan casing was detached along with the lighting strip. I was able to piece it back together but I hope it does not impact the longevity of those two fans. I did take pictures with my iphone and can send them if you would like to use that to diagnose the problem. I do love the computer though.

Purchase process was very easy. Email communication after purchase was fantastic. Arrived one day early. Would be nice if I could have had a little more control over the UPS delivery, especially since a signature was required. Overall, a great experience. Have not needed to contact Tech Support.
