My only comment is that t the website makes it seem like the system (especially with the 5090 card) was in stock and ready to ship. That was misleading. I had to settle for a 5080 which still needed to be built.

Having been a Database Administrator more than 33 years, I can honestly say that Web site could be confusing. I think a different way to display options and selections would be a big help, especially for anyone who is over the age of 45 and/or those with little computer experience. Perhaps an information link explaining more technical terms (i.e. MB=Megabyte = one million characters, TB = Terrabyte = one billion characters, etc...). Just simple things for non technical people. Pricing is excellent and I appreciated the notifications on progress of the build and shipping.

computer arrived with a bad gpu. I thought you guys tested this before shipping out. Monitors would turn off after about 30 minutes of gaming. had to go to tech support to get new parts, and had to ship the whole machine back. it eventually got resolved, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I am not fully computer savvy, I would like to see some added explanation of how things work or what they're supposed to do for the system so I have a clearer idea of what I'm getting and what for.
