Customer Service / Tech Support 10/10: Everything else 9/10. The case came with a minor ding or two, and the packaging was lackluster (although not below the expectation I had) The motherboard BIOS wasn't up to date with the new intel microcode (14th gen i7, so it could have had issues with cpu temps and voltages at idle). That being said the customer service / tech support was stellar and helped me with the issue flawlessly. Keep up the great work the customer service sets you apart from the rest (especially big box stores)

Site and order process professional and smooth. Service was great Packing and condition of pc great All my experience ratings, above, would have been excellent except the PC began bluescreening shortly after windows updates. I tried troubleshooting it for a few hours before giving up and calling support. Support knew exactly what the problem was gave me directions to fix it myself which was good. It would have been great had the person stayed on the line until it was finished but I was able to do it so I rated that as good. Here's the thing Cyberpower knew the hard drive firmware wasn't compatible with a windows update so what would have been "great" is if CyberPower had communicated that out ahead of time.

When I receive the product the first day it arrived damage probably from shipping, but I call customer service and they help me out real quick. Took the product to them. They fixed it quick dropped it off. On Friday was ready on Monday. I think if I would’ve left it there on Monday it would’ve been done on Tuesday but because it was the weekend.

This my first time getting a PC so settings it up was not to bad little extra work but fine .shipping was fast but there was damage on the box I was thinking it wasn't going to work it has a big scratch on the glass maybe better packaging to keep it from take damage but otherwise it was good ?? it work some cables lose but nothing much a quick fix and my better instructions I had to look up videos on the internet to make sure everything was OK ?? but I like it

This is my 3rd Cyberpower PC over around 15 years. In general, the shopping experience and quality of the gaming PCs are excellent. As some suggestions, my first 2 PCs I had fully customized from the builder. For this one, there was a fall savings deal on one of the prebuilt packages which I utilized. I was not able to get much detail about the motherboard that was included from the website. Also, I wanted to add a second HDD and was not able to. I ended up buying one from Amazon and installing it myself, but I would have liked to have the option for Cyberpower to add it and install it professionally.
