I would like to thank the team at Cyberpower for helping to build my dream setup. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and keep you up to date every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone building a pc and would also suggest upgrading shipping as I did lose a button on the case during this process.

I am an avid PC gamer and have been for 20 years. My last PC was 12 years old and I have been upgrading select parts for years. The CPU was an intel I7 5820K and it was time to upgrade my Cyberpower full tower as I could not install anything past windows 10. I had a one year old Radeon RX 7700 XT GPU so I used your configurator to put together a new PC and just ordered the base Radeon GPU so I could switch it into my old PC. Everything worked out great and my new rig with a AMD 9800 x3d cpu, MSI 870 p motherboard, Klevv 32 GB of DDR5 6000 ram and a Samsung pro 2TB SSD runs my favorite games and applications like a champ. I really like the Cyberpower Lian Li prism 360 case also. Thank again for the superior service, parts and experience.

I was a bit confused at the start for the phone confirmation for my order, but I really appreciated the support staff (especially Danny H) for answering all of my questions, answering quickly, providing me options, and for providing all the information I needed through this process. It was my first time buying from Cyber Power PC and it turned out pretty well! Only thing I would like to modify was if there was an easier way to know which parts to pick. I felt a little overwhelmed and had to research as I went through each line.

Great system, great service, overall a great experience. The only issue I have is UPS, seems they always mess something up. Please give a FedEx option.

Out of the box it sounded like a jet airplane. Also, the fan on the cooler didn't seem to get quieter no matter what I did in bios or software. That should have been caught during quality assurance testing. I also had to turn the fans on the front side around so air flows in, which is a best practice. It might be worthwhile to sell reverse fans for those that want LEDs facing inward. Mine didn't have LEDs, but it would be more attractive. Overall, the system seems to be running well now. Shout out to your customer and technical support. Both provided great service.

I am a new fan of CyberPowerPC. I appreciate the options for each of your offerings and the sheer volume of options available to customize the end product. Additionally, the communication once my order was placed was outstanding. I knew where my PC was from the order to delivery. It was a white-glove process through and through.

Everything about this purchase has been top notch. The price was amazing. The build quality is outstanding and the case is beautiful (it doesn't look like a carnival inside a space ship!). The website was easy to use and straightforward with parts customization. After sales support with Steve D was fantastic, with many questions answered, parts changed and customized on the fly, and quick responses. The time it took to build and ship was impressive. Also, I bought a Syber desktop in 2016 that is STILL going strong and playing AAA games at decent specs. Cyberpower will definitely be my go-to in future purchases. You guys are freaking amazing!
