Generally I build my own systems, but pricing of components have made attempts at those projects almost moot. This is the first new pc (rest have been hand-me-downs lately) in a good, long while. I loved and greatly enjoyed the fact that I could find a system that had all AMD options. I like to run Linux and while I know it is certainly possible to run NVidia on Linux it isn't something I cared to entertain. I felt like the options available at CyberPower for an all AMD system (or not should you prefer that route) were great and enough. I do wish the AIO cooler was a bit more standardized so I could run the display on it in Linux. Other than that, it was an absolute fantastic experience for me! I had options at check out to choose how I wanted to pay and all of those features were also amazing! I will say the shipping and time for the eventual delivery was a bit, but I understand how the process works and even still I don't have any complaints concerning that. It is, after all, a situation where you want to give them the time needed to make sure your new system is running and operating as it should. While it might be some time before I'm in the market for a new pc again, I'll definitely be looking into CyberPower again when the time comes!

It was easy enough to compare products to build a PC. After I pair for rush build and delivery I got an email saying one of the items was not available and it was now going to be 2 to 3 weeks instead of 2 to 3 days. There were no resolutions offered. Just that it was going to be late. Didn't ever tell me what part was not available. I asked what item it was and it was the power supply. Again no options were give. I asked if I could substitute the power supply for something different. That was approved. I would think the company providing the product would offer solutions up front and not leave it to the customer to figure out the solutions. I also had an issue with the shipping. That is not the companies fault but when I reach out with questions I get short little "answers" that don't help.

Everything was fantastic, I felt like I got a really good deal on my computer, and it arrived in perfect condition. I was considering taking a point off for website since at time its felt like it was hard to tell the difference between different part options, especially the different graphic cards. Although if I did have any concerns I assume I could have contacted support for advice.

Overall good experience. A few complaints however. Firstly, if you’re going to badge every single desktop case regardless of the brand of case, do it with a smaller badge. The fact that my pc has a gigantic, shiny, silver badge of the front is annoying. You aren’t paying me to advertise for you. If you have to badge it, do it with something smaller so it doesn’t change the look of the case. 80% of your customers are picking their case based on looks or aesthetic. When you show the picture on your website without the cyber power badge, then they receive it with the badge, it’s a big letdown. Second, I’m good with software, not hardware, I received a small plastic bag with a cable in it that appears to be for something on the motherboard. I have no clue what it’s for. There are no instructions on what to do with it. The computer works and runs fine, what on earth is that cord for? Thank you for listening to my Ted Talk

The system has not arrived yet. UPS ground across the country seems to be slow, and I was told it was delayed by weather. Unfortunately my expectations were for it to be faster. Maybe consider lowering expectations for west coast to east coast ground shipping. "It's faster than walking, but not by much." Carlo was excellent in responding and explaining build questions. The website needs a little work. I did pass onto Carlo that the EDIT button in the cart was not updating the customized system in the cart. It would record the change, but not add the change to the cart. You might also add a "Zero" or "From the Ground Up" complete build system, that is, not have a start system to re-piece together. I would also add surge protection options as some of us are recovering from electrical storms. Please don't offer lower end options for these products, only serious options with explanations on why one level is better than another. You are a serious company, so keep projecting that image. Manufactures would love to supply background. One more.... This is my 2nd Cyberpowerpc system . Since the first system was hit by lightning, Microsoft does allow a re-licensing to another motherboard, per the AI information I have from Microsoft . There is not a way to recapture that license for the new motherboard on your website. And finally, for those of us who take the time to offer suggestions, put our name into a monthly or quarterly drawing. I could use better surge protection, or a nicer monitor.

Steve was amazing on sales support. He responded right away and got most of my concerns taken care of. Once I received the PC, started having issues like bad gpu. Went through support ( btw still waiting for an answer...it's been a few days with no response, trying to get the issue resolved. The tech support/ warranty department needs attention. Also warranty RMA claims should be covered completely free including shipping the part out. Had I known about the poor customer service, I would of purchased my pc through microcenter.
