2nd purchase from CyberPower. The machine is great! The only 2 "issues' I experienced were around the location of the web camera I'd purchased (finally found it inside motherboard box.... I didn't think to look in there), and paying extra for 3 day processing and it taking longer than that to be shipped. Those are simple "process" items though, and don't impact the actual product I received. Thank you!

The whole process was excellent. The only thing lacking were the shipping options during checkout, none were listed. But once we got the "in production" notification and reached out for additional shipping options, Warren was able to help us select and upgrade to the best shipping option.
