Documents that came with this PC don’t really match what I got. It’s a nice cleanly installed machine. Better docs would have helped a lot.

Always amazing service. I've bought 3 systems and the oldest is 10 years old and is still running, all I had to do is replace a fan and power supply. Donated it to those who can’t afford one. I always recommend to anyone who is looking for gaming computers.

It was somewhat difficult to understand what a few of the options even were, like the CPU cooler choices. A picture or brief description of the specific features would have been useful.

The only issue I have in the website is that when I ordered fans it only gave me the option to order 6. When my case could hold 7 so when I tried to order another single it wouldn’t let me. Only one could be chosen. I have 9 fans in total but it kills the aesthetic with one missing lol. Overall, it’s a beautiful pc and experience. Just wish they’d give you the option to add a 2nd option of fans.

Feel the prices are too steep. Understand AI data centers are a big part of the problem and they should be illegal if ya ask me. Happy with the pc performance thus far.

Two days in, the computer is great. Very pleased with the product. The instruction threw me a bit, they are generic, and I had to go to YouTube to see some part of the assembly and to remove the packing materials into the glass. Very glad they were there however; everything shipped in great working order.
