Service was fast, and the computer is great. The only thing keeping it from being a full five stars is that one of the case fan connectors was forced onto the motherboard connector without being properly aligned. This bent the pins, which in turn bent the pins of the fan connector next to it. Both sets of pins were straightened without damaging them, so the issue was resolved easily enough. If the pins had been broken instead of just bent, though, it would have required a motherboard replacement.

My computer came in with a broken GPU. It looked like it was dropped and slid across the floor and was all scratched. It did not work. I contacted tech support and was told to ship it back and they would process 3-5 days before sending me a new one. My 3 grand computer is just sitting here not unable to be used for a couple weeks now while I wait for a GPU that works. You should have next day aired a new GPU to me while I ship the broken one back. I feel taken advantage of. I’m a repeat customer of your guys and this is my third pc. I’m do not think I will order from you guys after this experience.

The whole experience was quick and easy. My package arrived quicker than expected and getting my pc up and running was stress free. I gave a 4 on product quality simply because of minor stress to the plastic inside the case where the gpu is seated, but it's almost negligible.

It was very difficult to purchase the computer. It took us 5 days, and 4 tries to complete. And the sales staff was not helpful in the process. Other than that things where great.

I am a Mac user and have all Apple products. I used to be a Windows PC user but stepped away from that about eight years ago. I am so excited to have this beautiful gaming PC. It runs smoothly, starts up quickly, add the professional quality of the wiring, and the build is impressive. Additionally, I had made a mistake in my original order. The sales staff helped me out and I was able to re-order a new PC with all of the elements that I wanted in it. Considering today’s economy and higher prices, I believe that this was an excellent price for the quality.

This is my 5th PC purchase from Cyberpower and I have yet to experience a bad build yet. I will most likely purchase my next one here as well. Delivery was crazy fast this time around and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Pricing is the only thing I’d say I wished was better but I know there’s a ton of factors involved in that and it’s just a rough time altogether. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you for putting out a great product!
