PC is excellent! One minor flaw in assembly or QC or possibly shipping the AIO radiator is drooping the plate it mounts too allowing is not level/secure there appears to be a tab or clip missing. It messes with my OCD…… I’ll be calling support to find out what my options are or finding a way to shim and support but I have felt with support in the past and it has always been excellent. Repeat customer and will buy from cyber power again

A little disappointed that NO instructions was included as to how to open the PC (being this PC has an unconventional case) and remove the self-expanding foam packs installed when shipped. Also no information/documentation about the system hardware/software in a brief paper form and not found on the system itself. Luckily I am not a beginner and got this sorted out quickly. DDR5 RAM not set to specified speed potential in BIOS (I guess for stability purpose and quality control), no biggie. Overall, very, very happy with this purchase and beautiful system.

This is the third high-end PC I've bought from CyberpowerPC, and for the first time, I'm somewhat disappointed. In 2024, I bought a PC with the Hyte 60 case and a 4090 graphics card, and the case came with three fans by default. When playing games at the highest resolution, I haven't had any cooling problems. In this case, with the same case and a 5090 graphics card, you decided to sell it with only two fans, and of course, the GPU stays at 90°C all the time when I play the same games as with the 4090 at the same resolution. That's why I'm giving you four stars this time.
