New computer is running great. There was a coil whine coming from the graphics card when I first started using it, but it went away after a couple days of use. (from what I read that is typical, but I must have spent 4 hours trying to troubleshoot and Isolate the sound before identifying it) My only other complaint was that bitlocker was enabled on my drives, and in the process of troubleshooting the coil whine, I locked my drives. It was a bit of a hassle to get them unlocked. (I have since disabled bitlocker) PC actually showed up 5 days early! This is the second PC I have gotten from CyberPower in 10 years and I have been happy with them both times.

Easy to buy. Support has been absolutely no help. They just want me to pay to send things in to get looked at. I took pictures of the bent port and the bent GPU connector and sent it to them so I am unsure what they were attempting to look into. The thing that sucks is the motherboard and GPU would need to be replaced. At that point, they might as well just send me a whole new PC... I just want what I paid for... They also charge you to send the product back as if it is my fault they made a mistake.
