I purchased a high-end PC from CyberPower PC over 8 years ago and never had any issues with it. With Windows 10 end-of-support approaching, it was time to purchase a new PC and I didn’t hesitate to return to CyberPower PC. I once again started with one of their ready-to-ship models and heavily modified it for the components I desired. This is only possible because their website only recommends components that are compatible with your motherboard and CPU to keep any conflicts from happening. Once I placed my order, it was ready for me to pick up the following week. Living in California, I opted again to pick up my PC from their headquarters in the City of Industry. Their staff there were friendly and helpful in reviewing everything with me and loading my PC. Once home, I started my PC with no issues and performed to the high expectations that I envisioned. All my games and programs run smoothly, and the PC itself is cool and quiet. The quality and aesthetics that CyberPower PC puts into their products is amazing. If you are like me and want great quality and performance for the money you invest in a PC, CyberPower PC is the answer.

The only reason why I am rating this a 4 and not a 5 is because the extra SSD drive that was purchased is placed in a location right in plain view of the tower screen. I sadly dislike seeing it so easily to view when I feel like it could have been tucked away or set behind the back screen where all the wiring is. I wish I could move it easily somewhere else, but the wiring set makes it impossible to do so without unplugging several other components. :/

Very happy with machine so far. Only place I could get the build I wanted with the parts I wanted. Price - a little steep Quality - So far i have only had to reboot the computer once for freezing up. Cable management looks professional. Opportunity for improvement where some instructions or how to operate the fans and/or case or other RGB light patterns without having to go to bios. Shipping Options - Advertising faster shipping is misleading and then saying cant build in a week. It should not allow expedited as an option if cant honor it during purchasing Delivery - Was packaged well and with care. Paid the extra for the foam Ease of Purchase - Purchased online - issue was with not getting faster shipping Sales/Service - Bought online. Tech Support/Service - Not Applicable - have not used Website: Very cool and fun to custom build and see all the different ways to construct a PC
