The build time was responsive and they provided updates during both the logistics and build phases. I opted for the expanded-foam packing to help stabilize the graphic card during shipping and everything arrived perfectly. This is my second computer from CyberPowerPC.

So far so good, I'm very pleased with how the build turned out. The attention to detail was good for the most part, except that there was a piece of foam that was left in the bottom of the case next to the power supply that I had to remove both side panels to extract. I understand that it was probably to reduce any issues with shipping, but instructions or an easier way to extract would have made this experience a perfect score.

I was generally satisfied with the part selection. I would prefer if there were cases without transparent sides to pick from. I didn't see any when I was configuring.

Quality build...the only thing I would add would be more detailed description of the video card. The description only mentioned 'Nvidia' and never mentioned 'Zotac' as the MFG. I didn't know who the MFG was until I received the rig. Beyond that, it's a beautiful build and I'm stoked to have it!
