Was a delay with getting the system built because of CPUs which in today’s world is understandable. The responses were fast and courteous. This is not the first purchase and won’t be the last. Have always had a good experience with Cyberpower and will continue to use them as computer needs occur.

So far the computer runs very well, although the fans run a little high. It seems to be fixed through a fan curve but otherwise its fine.

The system was priced fairly well for the components. I do enjoy picking the components as I have built my own PCs for a couple of decades. During shipping, a leg of the case broke, but was replaced. The build quality was average, with thermal paste mess left on the GPU.

All seems to be working fine. I did have to update the ASUS motherboard BIOS as it was 2 versions (4 months) out of date. Also, the fan noise was very loud when gaming, so I had to figure out how to scale that back in the system settings. The main reason for this was probably the low quality CPU air cooler (I wish there had been a nicer option when ordering, as noted above). Also, the CPU air cooler looks slightly crooked, as if it was not installed flat correctly, but the thermals are okay, so maybe that's no big deal. Or, it also might have been pulled down slightly during shipping, maybe? I've installed big air coolers before, and never seen one crooked like this one is. The swinging door of the case is also a bit bent, as noted above. It still works, I just have to lift the corner of it just a bit to get it closed.
