Entire process of the build, packaging and shipping was flawless. I did have an issue with the Bios settings that were set when I received the computer. Some voltages were manually configured, which I never do. It was causing my system to crash anytime I ran any game. I ended up resetting the bios and then flashing it to the latest version, and then reloaded Windows 11 pro from scratch. System is running flawlessly now.
