Buying was a breeze. Sales rep was fantastic. But the PC shouldn't have passed QC. The front panel was not plugged in and was tied off in the back of the PC. One rear USB is not working. I waited on tech support chat for 3 hours yesterday and they never responded.

The Affirm portal still doesn't work/ needs fixed so the 0% financing advertised can't be used. Other than that, the whole experience was great!

The system is a good value, and the customer service was good. However, the case fans were connected to the PSU, and the CPU cooler fan was connected to the AIO pump. This resulted in the fans going on full blast at all times. I ended up having to cut off the organizing bands and connect the fans to the corresponding headers on the motherboard myself. If this setup is necessary for aesthetics reasons, I would have like to have a chance to opt out of it during the ordering process.

Initially upon receiving my system I did have an issue with the CPU overheating to 105C and throttling. After a couple calls with tech support, they issued me an RMA and were going to take care of the issue. As a last-ditch effort before returning, I did apply my own thermal paste which corrected the overheating issue. Overall, I was very happy with the effort the Tech support provided to try and help me troubleshoot the issue, and they went above and beyond my expectations for customer support. This will be the 3rd CyberPowerPC system my family has purchased and after building my own rigs for 30 years I am very happy with the support and quality of builds so far.
