I’m very pleased with the computer, the customization options and the overall build quality. The fan hub rgb lead was plugged into the wrong port (fan pwm port) on the motherboard, but everything else was great. The bios settings were even all optimized for my configuration. Packing was excellent even though I didn’t pay the extra charge. Very happy, will order again.

Everything arrived well packed and the computer has operated great right out of the box. I remember the checkout being slightly wonky on when or how you add your payment information. It was not intuitive. Feedback on shipping. UPS had great communication on delivery until it mattered. They told me 4pm to 8pm delivery but showed up at noon without any updates or notice. I had a similar experience 5-6 years back with Dell and it's shipping partner... it was a nightmare which is why I took the day off to avoid it reliving it.

Shopping on the website was easy, and the UI isn't terrible. A lot of different selections for pcs. If you're a beginner with computers as I am, the pre-built PC came with instructions for how to inspect the PC after delivery to ensure everything was connected. It also was well packed and secured both inside the shipping box and inside the box it comes in and to my surprise included a keyboard and a gaming mouse. It was also really great that there was tape on the back port of the PC that instructed where to plug in your monitor HDMI so that you do not plug in the wrong place. My PC runs like a dream and so far it feels like it was definitely worth the price. If I were to have to get another PC I would definitely buy again from cyberpower.

I've ordered two custom prebuilts. With the first one, I paid for professional wiring and didn't receive it. Not the biggest deal in the world, but not great. On the second order, I didn't receive all of the extra fans I paid for. From my experience, customer service is phenomenal. Would recommend to others. The MA-01 chassis light knobs are pretty cheap, and the mesh on top of the case rattles.

This is the second CyberPowerPC that I have purchased. After 5 years, the first one is still running like a champ. Zero issues. I did purchase another brand assembled pc, and was so disappointed and frustrated that I came screaming back to CyberPowerPC. Thank you folks for your great products.

When I received my PC one of the flaps holding the box close had popped out of the tape. Luckily there was padding underneath and another box layer but wanted to mention that. It was a little scary to see the box had been half open during shipping.

It would have been nice to know that my package is going to need to be signed for before I purchased it. To have someone available to sign at the time of delivery, I had to make arrangements that was inconvenient for all the parties involved.

I couldn't find a better price on the hardware I got even if I built it myself. So I am pleased with my purchase. It is odd that after purchasing online I had to call to confirm my purchase. I feel like there has to be a better way to do that. Other than that though my experience was good and I am excited to have a new PC.

I am absolutely floored by the PC I was sent. Everything was perfect on the build, the wiring looks amazing, the team took the care to send me the extra parts that came with the various parts, the cabling was exactly where I expected to install additional hdds, and the windows install was clean so I didn’t have to reinstall windows. I am absolutely blown away by this service. I was about to pull the trigger on Mac Studio, I was thinking it over and scrolling Facebook and saw one of your ads. I built a machine just as powerful for half the price. Your marketing is working. Your build team is amazing.

Well, the price isn't really your fault, but it pains me. I was unable to change the delivery day because you had locked down ALL changes to the delivery. I suppose that's to combat fraud, but I had to have a neighbor come sit in my house.
