Imagine how I panicked when after placing my order for an awesome machine that I realized I that I forgot to paste in the discount code that allowed me to afford it. Counting the hours till they CyperPowerPC opened the next morning, I nervously called 60 seconds after opening, expecting the usual wait. Happily the tech (obviously not the usual clueless operator) answered on the second ring, and said "No problem, I just applied the discount". I wish every (any?) tech site had this kind of service. Overall well done. However, I would include manuals and guides that came with individual parts to the buyer so they know how to use settings or troubleshoot going forward. Also, one of my monitors arrived with a couple dead pixels.

There's a couple things that didn't go smoothly once the order was submitted but nothing I'm going to nitpick at too much. My order status is still in process and sitting at QC passed, it never actually got adjusted to shipped, even though I have the PC because it did indeed ship. While it seems like a minor thing, attention to detail is important and the fact this step was skipped makes me worry about what steps may have been skipped during the actual PC build. I also never received the mouse pad that was offered for free along with the purchase. It's not that big of a deal since I already have a desk mat, it just would have been nice to have a back up.

Everything was good except my liquid cpu cooler came with multiple scratches on it. I’m paying a lot for this pc and it shouldnt have any scratches whatsoever. Very disappointing in that.

I am happy with how the build turned out. The base pc was a great starting point for me to customize each component that I wanted. The PC is great but the PCI riser got damaged in shipping. What makes up for the shipping issue is that contacting tech support was easy and I was able to just drive up and get it fixed quickly the next business day. Next time I buy a PC from you, I will just pick it up in person since it is not that far away.

Overall I’m very happy with the computer. I did make some adjustments to the fans and added an additional 120mm to the build (the configurator is capped at 6 or I would’ve selected 7). Aside from adding the additional fan, I also flipped the side fans so that way they were intake fans along with the bottom three. So the total ended up being 6 intake fans, and 4 exhaust fans (the 360mm AIO radiator and the 120mm rear exhaust fan) which I believe will be the most optimal airflow setup for the build. I was very happy with the wiring that was done, and I didn’t have any issues with the computer so far. I’ve ran it through multiple different tests to ensure everything is functioning properly and adjusted correctly. I might do some fine tweak tuning, but if I had no idea what I was doing, the build was pretty good overall the way it came to me. I know some customers have run into issues with prebuilts, but my experience was completely different from those instances. Great job guys, and thanks for working hard to get it all together with an amazing presentation! It’s just what I wanted when I built/designed it online.

My only issue is due to some issues with shipping address I missed out on the original price I was going to purchase the computer at. It was 949 and then went up $200 in the time it took to sort out the shipping address issue. There was 0 assistance offered on this except for being told to check back and purchase later when a new deal pops up. That’s kind of shitty.

Overall the purchasing experience was quite pleasant. The only option I wouldn't mind is a lack of Windows included. Not looking for Linux pre-installed, but Windows isn't necessarily needed on custom PC orders. Also is there no option for additional internal storage? Seems odd since the motherboard options offered have multiple m.2 slots, and SATA ports.
