System is running great with no issues! Arrived in working conduction with no obvious damage. Glass in PC was dirty from fingerprints/grease but an easy clean.

I only rate this a 4 due to the onboard sound issue. This is 2025 and I would assume this level of pc would have 5.1 or higher onboard sound. I will admit though that this pc as a whole is amazing. I can fix my speaker problem.

The only issue I have is that I was not notified that there was a delay do to video card not in stock. It would have been nice to receive a email letting me know of the delay, instead of me having to call to find out.
