I had no problems during my shopping experience. The website was easy to use and I did feel it was a little cluttered with things that did not interest me or help in my shopping for the machine I wanted to purchase. It would be nice to be able to directly compare two or three machines on the website at once so you can get an idea of what the different machines offer. The finally delivery had some issues as it took the delivery company far too long to deliver the package from their acceptance point to my address, which is less than 12 miles from their address. At one point, it got within a mile before the delivery person took a very different route. But it did arrive in good condition, so that is that. This did not impact my evaluation of Cyberpower, only of the shipping company.

The options for purchase are extremely restrictive and sometimes not intuitive. Processes are not described well regarding an email i got and thankfully saw because I almost never see my email that asked me to call in to verify my purchase. There was no warning and my order never would have proceeded further if I didn't do that. You need to guide better. That call left me on hold for iver 20 minutes because I was transferred to wrong department then had to hold again. Frustrating.

My only comment is that t the website makes it seem like the system (especially with the 5090 card) was in stock and ready to ship. That was misleading. I had to settle for a 5080 which still needed to be built.

Having been a Database Administrator more than 33 years, I can honestly say that Web site could be confusing. I think a different way to display options and selections would be a big help, especially for anyone who is over the age of 45 and/or those with little computer experience. Perhaps an information link explaining more technical terms (i.e. MB=Megabyte = one million characters, TB = Terrabyte = one billion characters, etc...). Just simple things for non technical people. Pricing is excellent and I appreciated the notifications on progress of the build and shipping.
