All went well. The only complaint is the lack of receivable information and suggestions for getting started. No information was provided explaining the purchase was preregistered (waste of hour trying and calling cs). Some suggestions and supported apps for controlling the hardware would have been nice to an old fart like myself.

Everything was perfect, except one of the security screws for my tempered glass panel was stripped, making it difficult to remove. Luckily it wasn't a big deal as I was not planning on putting that screw back in. Other than that the entire process has been phenomenal! The PC was up and ready to go as soon as I plugged it in, and I didn't even have to worry about the system not POSTing like when I build them. Thank you!

Cyberpower has been very dependable. I've been buying from them for a while, over other competitors. They always come through and are very thorough on the construction (clean wiring and in the right place) and having a reliable tested system that is ready to go out of box. The support staff is always keeping you up to date on the process of the build. I'm glad to see them slowly push into AI hardware support as a gamer and VR developer/creator/coder this was a no brainer. I was really looking into getting an AI system but looking around (at other system builders) it's either workstation but not gaming oriented systems. Cyberpower is starting to cross the divide between having a great gaming and AI system together. Cyberpower will continue to be my go to for system purchases. I wish them continued success.

I had no trouble ordering the PC with the components I wanted. PC was shipped/delivered timely. First issue was shipping box was damaged upon receipt. Second issue, unboxed PC and found several areas where the case was damaged. Third issue, PC would not boot up, had to open support ticket and send PC back to Cyberpower. (Graphics card was not level in the case, leading to belief damage to PC occurred in shipping.) Now awaiting repaired PC. Hoping shipping (UPS) treats the PC return package with care. I would like to see PC in new case...

All in all it was put together good but I ordered my pc with ddr5 6000mhz ram and it came with 6400mhz ram.
