There were some technical issues with my computer build: a loose wire for one of the ports, an incorrect fan was used, and the build has air flow issues due to the front fans being placed 2mm from the solid wall of the tower leaving no room for air flow and causing unnecessary heat build up. Customer service was able to work with me to find reasonable solutions to those issues. It took quite a bit of back and forth with customer service (Cezar was very helpful, but Leo was not) to get that assistance, but in the end I did get the help I needed and that’s what’s most important. Still, if I buy another computer from CyberPower PC in future, I very much hope that build issues like these do not occur. I think greater attention by the builders should prevent build issues like these from occurring in future. I consider my overall experience to be positive, but the build issues are definitely a cause for concern.
