I'm not against waiting on hold - but send an email to say call us, then having to wait on hold over 20 minutes to confirm my address? Call me yo - if your sale isn't closed and you need to put 30 seconds into a phone call then do it, don't save yourself 30 seconds and cost me 20 minutes. It's rude, inconsiderate, and makes the customer feel disposable directly before the final close of the sale. And for what - the 30 seconds to pick up the phone and call? Not the salesmen fault if this is bad company protocol, but otherwise the feeling I got was "we got your money now we don't care"

The fact that I had to call your sales line to confirm my purchase was very frustrating. I was not told in the email or on your voicemail what your hours of operation were or that you were on PST. I had to search online to find out that you were on PST. This will not effect my future purchases with you this is the third computer I have bought from you but this is the worst experience of purchase I have had by far. Please update your voicemail and your email that is sent to contact your sales team. I may have missed that fact that the sales call would be necessary in the purchase process, I was excited to get my new computer, but that call and lack of information about it was extraordinarily frustrating to say the least. This is still (in my opinion) the best website to build my own computer. I'm not tech savvy enough to do it myself. But know what I want/need for my setup to be able to do what I need it to. The extensive list of options you can pick from all on one page is so much better than any other site I've tried. This is my second PC from you guys and when this one needs an upgrade you can be sure I'll be back.

CyberPowerPC makes it pretty easy to select all I need for my pc. I select what parts I want, and they put it together and ship it to me. If I have any questions, on something they are there to help.

GPU didn’t work when it arrived. It turned out the connection to motherboard was loose. Everything is good after I reinstalled it. Everything else is perfect, except I wish I could get it earlier. :D
