My only complaint was that the date listed on the website for shipping passed with no update or notification and I had to reach out to get a very nebulous update on ETA.

My only suggestion is to maybe look at the updating orders. I had to contact several times to get updates. I don't mind doing that but if I can look it up that would be great. I was waiting for my order for over a month only after the 3rd time I contacted did I get informed that a part was on back order. Some sort of contact about that early on through updating the status or an email even would have saved some time. Besides that I am happy with the order. You guys will have my business for life!

Why are the fans connected to the case and not the motherboard. Had to spend a bit of time to connect to motherboard, so that I can control them.

My only complaint is the box looked like it was pulled from a warehouse and shipped as is. The box was very dusty and appeared to get damaged during shipping. The actual product was fine, but it seems like it should’ve been cleaned and packaged before shipped.

I enjoy CyberPower products, but I had difficulties with submitting my online order. I think I was stuck on filling out ZIP code information early in the order process. This wasn't indicated well and I had to start over multiple times.

One of the case dials (knobs on the side) broke off during shipping, I don’t particularly want to send the whole computer back just for a knob that is very loose fitting now..and the computer fans were set to 100% at all times which made it sound like a jet engine. After some bios tweaking, it’s decent now.

Customer treatment is awesome, and they solve any question/issue you might have. The only thing I can complain about is that the Web is not clear for when it comes to "ready for pickup" orders, as it will show only that the final quality assurance has been passed.
