This is my second computer from Cyber Power. The first one lasted 7 years with no real issues. I had to upgrade because my computer was not able to upgrade to Win 11. I have talked with tech support a few times, support was very good. Best of all they have many computers to choose from and same thing with cost. So you can get what you want at a decent price.

I'm quite delighted with this purchase. I don't think I could have assembled PC any cheaper. Everything was smooth and simple. I had to reach out to tech support during the setup and Mario was wonderful. Quite pleased.

I generally use Chrome as my browser of choice. However, your web site was not compatible with Chrome. I made a call to your sales office, and the person told me to try another browser. With skepticism, I tried Edge (which I resent because Microsoft keeps pushing it at me.), and to my surprise your website did work with it, and I was able to make the purchase.

I only marked down on delivery because the box came damaged a bit. Didn’t affect the computer-but there was a hole in the side of the box.

Overall great experience. Product quality is great. I did have 1 issue with a Graphics card fan making a lot of loud clicking noise out of the box, and was easily and quickly given a tech support RMA number. However after the first day the issue resolved and so far 9 days later the product has no issues. My only gripe with the purchase experience, is I received several invoice or purchase confirmations/receipts. I archive and cross reference all my purchases, and the invoice does give a total purchase amount. I spend over $6000 on this build including overnight shipping. The invoice receipts your company generates will not give exact charges/prices on a component by component basis. Eg: CU-217-343 OEM INTEL CORE ULTRA 9 PROCESSOR 285K 8P + 16E 3.7GHZ 1 4,918.00 4,918.00 VC-273-702 NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 5090 32GB GDDR7 FOUNDER'S EDITION 00.00 I know this processor I chose is NOT $4918. I know this Video Card I chose is NOT $0 On Amazon the CPU is listed as $559, and the Video Card is listed as $1999. A proper invoice with accurate charges would be a much better way of doing business and full disclosure for your customers. The way you billed/charged it looks to me like I was way over charged for this system, even for a boutique system builder.
