Play Guarantee
We stand behind every machine we build. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your PC within 30 days under our Play Guarantee. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. The 30-day return period begins from the date your PC is delivered to your doorstep.
2. The returned PC must reach us by the 30th day from the date of delivery.
3. To initiate a return, the customer must email a request to our support team, including:
○ A photo of the PC in working condition
○ A short video of the PC being packed, clearly showing the use of proper protective packaging
4. The PC must be returned in its original box, along with the invoice and all included contents — accessories, manuals, cables, and any other items that came with it.
5. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, both in terms of arranging and covering the cost.
6. CyberPowerPC is not liable for any damage during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trusted courier and packing the PC securely.
7. Once the return is received, we will video record the unboxing to verify its condition. A copy can be shared on request.
8. The 30-day return policy applies only to PCs and does not cover other products listed on the CyberPowerPC India website.
9. This offer is valid only for customers residing in India, and only for PCs shipped to addresses within India.
10. The Play Guarantee is not applicable to bulk orders, defined as purchases of five or more PCs by a single customer using the same billing or shipping information.
11. The return policy will be void in the following cases:
○ Component(s) and their serial numbers do not match those on the invoice
○ Any visible damage to the cabinet or internal component(s)
○ Physical, electrical (burnt), or liquid damage to any part of the PC
12. CyberPowerPC’s decision regarding return approval or rejection is final. Reasons for rejection will be clearly communicated.
13. If the return is approved, a full refund (as per invoice value) will be issued via NEFT bank transfer. Customers are required to share valid banking details — preferably a cancelled cheque — for processing.
14. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of return approval.
15. In the case of rejection, the PC will be shipped back to the customer, and return shipping charges will apply.
